Please read these General Terms carefully before using the Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets website. These General Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets, which entitles you to use the website services for personal and non-commercial purposes free of charge, subject to the terms and conditons below. These Terms and Conditions have binding character regarding only the relationship between you as a user of the website and Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets. By getting access to (loading) the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and to abide by them.

Any intellectual property rights on the information resources and materials published on the website are subject to protection under the current Copyright and Related Rights Act, and their unregulated use is considered an offense and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

Disclosure of this information is possible only when the information is required by government authorities or officials, authorized by law to request and collect information containing personal data, and in compliance with the statutory procedure.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of personal data provided by him upon filling in the booking application form for the purposes of direct marketing.
The User has the right to object to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by sending a written message to Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets at the following email adress : office@spa-hoteltsarevets.com.
Information regarding changes in the terms of use of the website is not considered direct marketing.
4. Limitation of liability
Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets does its best to maintain truthful, accurate and up-to-date information on its site without excluding the possibility of incidental inconsistencies or omissions. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages caused by or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use this website. The information on the website is provided in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation, without guarantee from the Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets for its inviolability and safety from malicious attacks of third parties.
5. Booking Information
5.1. You can make a reservation at Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets in one of the following ways:
- through the booking form on the website www.spa-hoteltsarevets.com;
- by a phone call: +359 62 601 885;
- by an e-mail: office@spa-hoteltsarevets.com;
- at the hotel.
5.2. Once we receive and process your booking application form, we will contact you to confirm your accommodation.
5.3. Upon receipt of your application, you will receive information on the type and number of rooms booked, the date of check-in and check-out, the number of adults and children listed in the booking application, the total amount of the reservation. Please read carefully your booking information and contact us if a correction is required.
5.4. When a customer makes a reservation at Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets, they are deemed to have read and agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
5.5. If you wish to change your dates of stay on an already paid reservation, you should contact the hotel using the telephone numbers listed on the website. Changing dates is only possible after confirmation by the hotel.
6. Cancellation
6.1. Cancellation of a reservation you made can be done in one of the following ways:

- on our phones: +359 62 601 885.
6.2. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel. In these cases, the hotelier:
- offers accommodation for another period, subject to the same conditions and prices;
- Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without owing the latter a penalty.
6.3. The owner reserves the right to cancel your holiday as a result of unusual and unforeseen circumstances beyond his control, which include force majeure, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, government acts, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather, fire, or similar events.
7. Accommodation
7.1. Check-in and check-out time:
Check-in: after 02:00 pm
Check-out: until 12:00 pm
In case of late check-out the customer shall pay an extra charge as follows:
- In case of check-out prior to 06:00 pm the customer shall pay a charge of a room tarrif according to the announced late check-out pricelist
- In case of check-out after 06:00 pm the customer shall pay an extra 100% charge of a room tarrif per night
7.2. The booked rooms will be reserved until 12:00 am on the day of arrival.
7.3. Children under 12 years will be accommodated free of charge for bed and breakfast.
7.4. The hotel does not allow pets.
7.5. Accommodation at the hotel is done by presenting data from personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data you provide are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Normative Acts Law that regulate the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the fulfillment of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will only be used in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for other purposes.

9. Methods of payment
9.1. In cash at the hotel / in Bulgarian leva /.
9.2. With a debit or credit card at the hotel.
9.3. Payment by "Pay By Link" or "Virtual POS".
Types of cards that can be used to pay in this way: cards with the Maestro, VisaElectron, Visa and MasterCard logos (Diners Club and Discover are not accepted).
Cards with the logo of Maestro, VisaElectron, Visa, MasterCard, trans.card, Bcard, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay are accepted for the physical POS.
10. Rights and obligations of the parties
10.1. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets shall provide the hotel guests with the full amount of services they have requested and paid for.
10.2. Amounts for services requested but not used wholly or partly by the fault of the guests are not refundable.
10.3. The prices for the stays listed on the hotel website www.spa-hoteltsarevets.com include: VAT and tourist tax.
10.4. Costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately.
10.5. The Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets is a non-smoking area. According to the provisions of the national legislation, smoking in public places is prohibited, thus in case of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to charge, without a notice, a fee of 100.00 BGN.
10.6. Guests of the hotel shall comply with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel are paid by the person who caused them.
10.7. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets shall not change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where it is economically justified.
10.8. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets is not responsible for any damages caused by the actions of third parties.
10.9. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms stored outside the personal safe in them, the restaurants or the spa center, as well as for damages caused by third parties.
10.10. Customers using the services of Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets shall be of legal age under Bulgarian law (18 (eighteen) years old). Children are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended at the Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets.
10.11. Boutique Hotel & Spa Tsarevets reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide truthful and accurate information, this can not always be guaranteed.
10.12. When a customer makes a reservation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Reservations accepted by telephone, email or through our site are considered to be a contractual relationship. Payment is considered acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Stay at the Hotel.
10.13. All disputes and legal issues that are not settled by these General Terms and Privacy Policy and have arisen in connection with the use of the site www.spa-hoteltsarevets.com are subject to the legal provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria.
